Ingredient Notes

Peanut Butter – Smooth peanut butter works best for this sauce because we want it to have a smooth, creamy texture. Soy Sauce – I opt for low sodium to control the salt levels in the sauce! Lime Juice – Freshly squeezed is always best, but store bought will work as well! Honey – The honey is going to add a nice balance of sweetness to the sauce. Chili Sauce – To add a bit of spice and added flavor. You can find this sauce in your local grocery store! Aromatics – Fresh, minced garlic & Fresh, grated ginger.

How To Make Peanut Sauce

Tips

Storing

Your sauce will keep for up to a week if refrigerated in an airtight container. Take the sauce out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving to let it come to room temperature for convenience.

Freezing

Peanut sauce freezes well, so you can make a double or triple batch and freeze the leftovers! Store in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
