Requiring just a handful of simple ingredients and only a few steps to complete, these creamy parmesan baked eggs make for a wonderful breakfast or brunch on the weekend!

Have you ever had baked eggs before? These creamy parmesan baked eggs are unlike any breakfast item you’ve tried before. These baked eggs are great because they’re super versatile so you can add to them anything you like. Bacon, ham, maybe some veggies like broccoli, asparagus or mushrooms. Whatever you like, but first I’d recommend trying out this simple recipe and see how creamy and delicious they are.

Eggs – large. Cream – I used heavy cream, use half and half for a lighter fare. Butter – unsalted. Cheese – Freshly grated parmesan cheese is the way to go. Salt & Pepper – to taste.

These eggs are very creamy, and the Parmesan gives them a nice cheesy flavor! I always love to garnish these eggs either with a bit of parsley or chives. The best way to serve them is with toast or some freshly made crusty bread! I always say the simplest of meals are the best.
