Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth and white wine and reduce by half. Add freshly minced garlic, butter, and thyme.
Add the chicken back along with fresh parsley and toss to coat and heat through. Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted green beans, or as an appetizer with toothpicks!

Cast Iron Skillet– I love using enamel cast iron skillets for searing. Kitchen Tongs– Definitely the best way to turn each piece of chicken during searing. Spice Rack–This is the one I have, it’s a snap to measure out your seasonings quickly and easily. (Big time saver.) Measuring Spoons– I have these magnetic ones which stay nice and organized in my utensil drawer. Garlic Peeler– Makes it really easy to peel fresh garlic, (and I do highly recommend fresh for this recipe).
