This Blue Hawaiian is such a fun drink! I consider it one of those “deadly” cocktails, because you can barely taste any alcohol in it! This blended tropical cocktail is so delicious, you won’t be able to resist! Vodka, light rum, and blue curaçao liqueur are blended with cream of coconut and pineapple juice creating an electric blue, quintessential summer sipper. Anytime I order this drink, even in -30C Canadian winter, I feel like I’m somewhere on a beach! It’s sweet, delicious, and a must try cocktail!
