Cream Cheese – Rich cream cheese forms the base of this yummy dip.  Sour Cream – Adds a delightful tanginess. You can also use Greek yogurt if you like.  Mayonnaise – Contributes to the smooth texture and richness. You can use any store-bought brand or make your own mayonnaise.  Parmesan Cheese – Brings a touch of nutty and savory flavor to the dip.  Garlic – Adds a delightful garlicky kick. Fresh garlic works best, but you can use garlic powder as a substitute. Black Pepper – Adds a hint of spice and complements the other flavors. For a touch of extra heat you can add some red pepper flakes too. Italian Seasoning – The aromatic blend of herbs enhances the overall taste of the dip. This spinach feta dip is a breeze to make, making it a super easy appetizer recipe that’s perfect for cooking newbies and experienced cooks alike. All you have to do is mix and bake, and you’ll have a hot and cheesy appetizer ready to go in under 45 minutes!  Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s nice and hot when the dip goes in to bake. This ensures that the dip bakes evenly and turns out perfectly creamy and golden brown on top. Now, let’s begin making the dip! First, mix the room-temperature cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder together in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Next, crumble the feta cheese into the bowl and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Then, stir in the thawed and drained spinach until it’s evenly distributed throughout the mixture. After you make the dip, pour it into a 9-inch baking dish and use a rubber spatula to spread it evenly. Then transfer the baking dish into the preheated oven and let the dip bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until it’s bubbling and golden brown on top. Once baked, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and let the dip cool for a few minutes. Then serve your baked feta spinach dip with pita chips or a sliced baguette for dipping.

Storage

If you have any leftover baked feta spinach dip, simply transfer it to an airtight container, and it will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Then you can reheat the dip in the oven or microwave until it’s warmed through. You can also freeze the dip for up to 3 months and thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
