This has become a new goal in my culinary world! Use the air fryer more! It’s something many will use once or twice, then let sit and collect dust in the back of the pantry. Don’t let this wonderful gadget go to waste! Clear up space in your oven or on the stove-top. Let that air fryer do some of the hard work for you.
Ingredient Notes
Pork chops – I used boneless pork chops, about ¾-1″ thick each. Adjust the cooking time if you use a different thickness, or chops with bones. Olive oil – Other types you can use are grapeseed, canola, vegetable, sunflower, safflower, or avocado oils. You just need a bit of olive oil to brush over the pork chops. Parmesan cheese – I always prefer freshly grated. You can skip this ingredient, but I love the flavor the cheese adds, plus it aids in making them a bit crispy on the outside. Spices – Smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder. Adjust the amounts if you’d like.
