Ingredient Notes
Potatoes – I used 2 medium sized potatoes. I like to use russets or Yukon gold potatoes because of how starchy they are. Olive Oil – Substitute sunflower, safflower, or avocado oil. We just need a bit to coat the fries. Seasoning – I used a simple combination of seasoning salt & pepper. Everyone has different preferences, so feel free to use your favorite seasonings and season to your preference. The sky’s the limit.
